Home Leasing have been successfully letting property in Brighton & Hove for over 20 years. Each member of our team is fully experienced with extensive knowledge of the letting business and the local market, over 50% of our landlords have been with us for more than 5 years.

We provide an efficient and friendly service to both landlords and tenants. Our number one priority is to find the right, reliable tenant for each property, and to keep the occupancy rate close to 100%.

OUR OFFICES

Brighton office is centrally located on Queens Road, 100 metres from Brighton Station, on the main road to the shopping centre and seafront.
Hove office is located the top of Palmeira Square overlooking the "floral clock."

PROSPECTIVE TENANTS

We have a current register of prospective tenants, this is automatically updated by registrations on our website, the Right Move website and by visitors and callers to our office.
The register is also automatically matched against our available properties on a continuous basis.

TENANT VETTING AND REFERENCING

For all properties each tenant is initially met and vetted by our negotiators. Each tenant is then referenced by:
- Landlords (for the previous 2 years)
- Bank/Building Society
- Employers (for the previous 2 years)
We also check for
- CCJs & bankruptcy
All tenants must provide a guarantor who may also be bank referenced.
